Superannuation

The minimum contribution that an employer must pay, under Australian legislation, is 9.25% of an employees total salary.

As workers approach the age of retirement and wish to start considering access to their superannuation funds, experts at Patronato INCA are on hand to advise on how access to these funds is achieved by providing many choices available to the allocation of funds within your superannuation accounts.

If you are in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa or a Temporary Visa and wish to leave the country permanently, you are entitled to assert your right to a refund of superannuation payments paid during your term of employment.

Those who are unfamiliar with the rules surrounding the repayment of superannuation are encouraged to contact Patronato INCA to discuss your rights, and ultimately to ensure that you have access to the entitlements owned.
